God loves me. It’s not the kind of love that asks for something in return. It doesn’t ask from me an output or a write-up.
It’s a love that envelops. That doesn’t care about taking. But, just gives and gives and gives.
God loves me. My soul knows it.
Fierce, relentless type of love. Like a lion that roars. Love that not just fights for me, but love that roars for me. Boasts for me. Defends for me. Protects and offends for me.
The Lord is my shelter. The Lord is my shield. The Lord is my Defender.
Because He loves me.
Just the same, God’s heart beats the same. For Manasseh. For Ephraim.
God fights for Manasseh. God fights for Ephraim. And God fights for their unity.
