Do we just create families for mutual benefit or convenience?

Pag hindi ba nakacontribute ang isang miyembro ng pamilya, does that mean he or she is worthless in the family and in society in general?

What is the point of a family?

What if our family no longer serves us? No longer serving as a commodity we can use? Does that mean we love them less?

What is the point? What is the role of the family?

Isn’t it to reflect Christ in unity? To put God first. To be active members of society as one? To advance His kingdom as one?

And should we really just serve each other– instead of serving Christ first and foremost?
